Michael Laing OBE a member of Vistage in Scotland discusses his first year of membership. Michael is the owner, managing director and a gemmologist of Laing the Jewellers. As much a designer as he is a buinessman, Michael studied art, design and craftmanship at Sir John Cass College in London. He then went on to train with a number of well-known jewellery manufacturers. For over 20 years, he has served on the National Association of Goldsmiths education Committee in London.
